- Town Wide Garage Sale June 17th, 2023
- Airport Resurfacing: Depositing of “common excavation” and “reclaimed asphalt” on Chamber land. See image. Approved subject to letter from Burns re: environmental liabilities (motion by Laurence, Seconded by Kristy, carried)
- Follow up on [name withheld] Hanger Space Lease (approved at Aug 2022 board meeting). Need to prepare a lease between Chamber and [name withheld]. Eric and Valerie to negotiate lease (motion by Laurence, Seconded by Kristy, carried)
- Discuss creating additional hanger lease lots at the airport
- Leda Lake Park updates: selected as recipient for Building Sustainable Communities Grant ($75K). Total fundraised to date = $150K, goal = $300K. Presently in plan development & fundraising.. Looking to start construction spring 2024
- Financial support for resurfacing project. $5000 donation approved (motion by Kristy, Seconded by Laurence, carried)
